HCJ trying to start judicial reform in public

TIRANA, Dec. 11 – The High Council of Justice, the country’s top management institution of the court system, said they would begin the much required reform of Albania’s judicial institutions with an open public debate. The HCJ is headed by the country’s President, Bamir Topi, who is to send a special message to the audience.
The first meeting will be held with foreign diplomats, European Union officials, heads of district courts, lawyers, prosecutors and others. HCJ deputy head, Kreshnik Spahiu, will present a strategy of the reforms that will be discussed afterwards. Such a campaign will be held in all the country’s main cities.
