HERA to build wind mills

TIRANA, Dec.21- For the first time in Albania, a company has been issued a license to build wind mills that will produce energy using wind power, which is considered the safest environmental method. The National Energy Entity has approved the request submitted by the company HERA Ltd. The installed capacity of the plant will be 150 megawatst. The company will have nine months to purchase land by following all necessary procedures for its documentation, to complete a feasibility study that will examine the potential cost of energy production and to submit a revised reports to the authorities. The building of the plant is expected to take three years before the plant becomes functional.
