The Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports (MTCYS), and the Albanian National Gallery of Arts (NGA) are organizing an international sculpture competition for a monumental work dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Proclamation of Independence of the Albanian State: 28 November 1912 – 28 November 2012.
The Ministry has invited artists, groups of artists, architects or architecture studios, Albanian and/or international to take part in this event. The entry models (or blueprints) shall be delivered until 15 March 2012 to the following address: National Gallery of Arts, Blvrd. “Deshmoret e Kombit”, nr. 1, Tirana 1001, Albania.
