TIRANA, May 17 – A public event to assist Albanians seeking employment, Job Fair 200t, began Thursday. The program, hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce, is being held at the Tirana International Hotel.
The experience of the past six years has proven that the Job Fair is a good place to find candidates with working experience and recently graduated students, who study in Albania or even abroad, according to a statement by the organizers.
The Job Fair arranges interviews with potential employers and shares market information with interested candidates.
A day earlier, a conference organized by the Chamber brought together officials from companies and Albanian government officials in an effort to help reduce unemployment and also open the labor market to university-educated Albanians.
