TIRANA, Dec. 24 – Proponents of a major reform of the justice system in Albania are working to bring about consensus on a proposed legislative package, including constitutional amendments, following a reply by an international expert commission on three drafts sent to it by Albania’s ruling coalition and opposition parties.
