The Albanian writer Ismail Kadare will also be present at the First International Writers’ Festival to be held in Mishlenot Sha’ananim in Israel, from 11 to 15 May. This news was published by the Israeli newspaper “Haaretzi”. This festival is organised for the first time in Israel and will guarantee an opportunity for Israeli and other well known international writers to meet and talk. This fesitavle will organise talks in the form of round-tables, meetings with readers, in different languages and a number of events for children. However, there is also a possibility that the issue of Hebrews in Albania could come up for discussion, presented by Ismail Kadare. (Tirana Times Staff)
