SHKODRA, Feb. 19 – A 34-year old ethnic Albanian from neighboring Kosova was arrested after crossing the Muriqan border crossing with Montenegro as he was accused of car trafficking.
The Kosovar, who lived in Austria, was declared wanted for some time for such a criminal activity.
In capital Tirana police arrested another person, a 23-year old man, for car theft. He is considered as the main suspect for a number of car thefts recently in the capital.
