Kosovar diplomats trained in Albania

TIRANA, Feb. 27 – Officials of the Kosova Prime minister’s office are being trained at the Albanian foreign ministry on diplomacy. Minister Besnik Mustafaj met them Tuesday expressing the country’s readiness for a full support and creation of the required infrastructure for Kosova’s diplomacy. Mustafaj expressed in the meeting his government’s support to the negotiating team for the Kosova status talks repeating that Albania supported an independent Kosova. He also repeated the call to the Kosova’s public opinion to trust their representatives. He also said that minorities in Kosova, especially the Serb one, should become part of the process.
