Kosovo, Albania increase trade exchange

TIRANA, Oct. 14 – Business communities of Kosovo and Albania have agreed in Tirana to deepen cooperation and create better conditions to increase trade exchanges, the Economic Initiative for Kosovo reported on Thursday.
Trade exchange between Kosovo and Albania currently amounts to 65 million euros per year.
President of Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC), Safet Gerxhaliu proposed that the Economic Chamber of Kosovo and Albania begin work on creating a strategy for economic cooperation for the medium and long term.
Albanian President of Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Ilir Zhila, said that two countries are harmonized legal infrastructure to EU standards.
