TIRANA, May 21 – Kosovo painter Valbona Rexhepi has opened a solo exhibition at the art gallery in the northern town of Shkodra. Rexhepi, also a visual arts professor at Academy of Arts in Prishtina, will have her exhibition displayed at the local Shkodra gallery until May 30.
“Valbona Rexhepi emphasizes persistence and strong personality by presenting shapes with vigor lines. These vigor lines, which are characterized by a high degree of precision, are those that distinguish Rexhepi’s creativity in comparison to other Kosovar painters,” curators say.
