TIRANA, March. 12- DP members of the Laws Commission have refused to approve the legalization law that gives a property title to people that have land in use and no property conflict for it. Arenca Trashani and Ramiz Cobaj said the law does not make sense because it legitimizes the previous theft of property and it determines at least three institutions with the capacity to rant property titles. However opposition member Pandeli Majko said that the initiative should pass because it helps more than 8000 families without creating social conflicts. The process of property tile verification on the other hand will start first for tourism priority zones at the coastline.(Tirana Times Staff)
