TIRANA, April 21 – A Libyan delegation made a visit Monday to Albania to discuss increase of bilateral relations in all the spheres.
The talks with the Foreign Minister Lulzim Basha focused on further intensification and cooperation between the two governments, according to a statement.
Albania is interested in Libyan oil and gas, energy and infrastructure, according to Basha, making the Arab country a potential partner for investment in the tiny Balkan country.
Basha was in Tripoli in March this year. (Tirana Times Staff)
