TIRANA, June 3 – The court handed down a life sentence to Shpetim Ziza, a mentally impaired person, who was convicted of having killed a ten-year-old boy last year. The court ruled that Ziza was considered to have been in a good mental situation when he committed the crime last October in the eastern district of Dibra. (Tirana Times Staff)
