Macedonian-Albanian rock band to perform in Tirana

TIRANA, March 7 – “Blla, Blla, Blla” a Macedonian-Albanian ethno-jazz-rock band based in Skopje will be performing in Tirana this weekend at the Tirana Express art centre on Sunday, March 10 at 22.00. The rock band’s concert is held in the frame of their Respect campaign. Blla- Blla – Blla was initially formed as a punk group in 1988. At the time, the band played in various clubs in Skopje and Prishtina.
In the past 5 years, after acquiring a violin player, the band changed its sound completely and this new style is now known as the “Oversky Balkanische ReForm”.
The line-up is Idriz Ameti – lead singer; Ermal Skupi – violin; Vlatko Janevski – bass ; and Dimitar Petrov – percussion.
