SHKODRA, Feb. 19 – An Albanian in this northern district shot dead his brother who was trying to build a home in a disputed land between them, according to police.
Sander Ndoci was killed by his brother Nard in the eyes of their mother.
Following the arrest the woman said law should punish her son to the maximum.
