TIRANA, Nov. 19 – An Albanian was arrested Monday and accused of producing false documents, police reported.
Lirim Shini was arrested while he had just left his apartment on a street in downtown Tirana with scores of falsified documents.
During their investigation of Shini, police found hundreds of false documents belonging to different institutions.
