TIRANA, Feb.14- The Agency of Return of Property and the Justice Ministry have drafted a relation for the new draft law approved by the government on land value. To establish the real value a series of factors have been analyzed especially the construction permits awarded from 2001 on. The relation also pinpoints that the value of tourist and industrial areas has not been identified.
