TIRANA, Feb. 2 – President Alfred Moisiu set March 11 as the date of elections for the new parliamentarian in the Shijak region who is to replace Sokol Olldashi of the governing Democratic Party in parliament after he resigned from the post to run for the post of Tirana mayor. Olldashi resigned from the post of parliamentarian and also that of the interior minister after he started the electoral campaign for Tirana mayor against Edi Rama of the opposition Socialists.
