Montenegrin police arrest alleged serial killer

PODGORICA, Feb. 21 – Montenegrin police in collaboration with the FBI and Interpol arrested Smail Tulaj, 67, considered a suspect of killing at least six women in the United States and Belgium during the 1990s. Upon the arrest Tulaj was questioned by local police and international ones. Seventeen years ago it is believed that Tulaj came and lived in Albania, where he is also believed to have committed four murders. After that Tulaj went to and lived in Podgorica. He has been often married and has many children who live in different countries.
