TIRANA, April 25 – Two new members of the Constitutional Court panel sworn in Wednesday in front of President Alfred Moisiu. Vladimir Kristo and Sokol Berberi will be the two new judges who sworn in at a ceremony where there was seen the lack of top governing Democratic Party leaders or officials, naturally due to the friction they have with the president.
