TIRANA, Sep 6 – Defense Minister Gazmend Oketa met Sunday with visiting head of the Kosova Security Force, or the neighboring country’s army, Gen. Sylejman Selimi.
Many Kosovo students will follow their military studies in Albania this year.
Gen. Selimi also told Oketa about recent developments in the neighboring country with a predominantly ethnic Albanian population which declared its independence last year. Serbia does not recognize that.
Kosovo is in its initial steps into turning into a real country with the government trying to make reforms in creating the administration to reach the required levels.
