TIRANA, Dec. 19 – Young artists Edison Ceraj is being featured in a solo exhibition at the FAB gallery titled Optional Subjects. “The title reflects the paradox of optional subjects at universities (as a rule you don’t have to pick them, but you are forced to pick one of them). As far as the experience of someone visiting an exhibition is concerned, what happens is that everyone selects a favourite artwork because of a subjective affinity. Our whole everyday life is filled with optional subjects where we have to make choices,” says Vladimir Myrtezai, the curator of the exhibition.
The exhibition at the FAB gallery of the University of Arts will open on December 20.
