TIRANA, April.10 – In a Q&A parliament session convened specifically to discuss the recent developments with the tax authorities at Top Media; the Prime Minister Berisha has repeated his accusations over the links of certain media, which he did not clarify, with illegal business and organized crime. Berisha explained that he was by no means an opponent of free speech but instead an opponent of fiscal evasion. Opposition members called upon Berisha to halt his lynching and refer the exact information to the competent authorities. On this cue Berisha repeated once again his distrust of the Public Attorney’s Office. Members of the opposition congratulated Top media on the records of regular employment when all the journalist have social security contracts in a situation when estimates f the media markets show that more than 90 percent of journalists work under the informal economy.
