SARANDA, March 6 – The court in the southernmost town of Saranda sentenced Ilir Cela, 36, to 20 years imprisonment for sexual abuse with a minor. Cela was proved to have committed sexual abuse and rape with a ten-year old daughter of his new spouse. Cela acknowledged the act committed last November saying he was under alcohol pressure. The girl is under stress and is being examined by a psychologist.
