LEZHE, May 5 – Police managed to arrest a
drunken man who had begun shooting a rifle after a
disagreement with a neighbor in a northern village.
Gjin Pervathi barricaded himself in his house and
fired his rifle when police arrived in Manat village,
Lezha district. The following day, police managed to
disarm him and rescue his son who was held in the
