POGRADEC, June 6 – Police said Wednesday they had detained Roland Fuat ȥki詬 19, as a suspect for breaking windows and causing other damage at the office of the opposition Socialist party candidate in eastern Pogradec.
Saimir Kodra is running for the now vacant seat of a lawmaker who recently died in an auto accident. A day earlier, Kodra found his office vandalized and smeared with blood, allegedly meant as a threat to him.
Police said Cekici had been drunk when he committed the act.
