Police arrest two suspects for a murder

TIRANA, April 5 – Police arrested Thursday two persons considered as suspects of the murder of a taxi driver last July in Tirana. Taulant Elezi, 21, and Bekim Murati, 19, were arrested in Tirana and in Diber. It is believed they had asked the taxi driver to take them to Lapraka quarter aiming at robbing him. Veli Mema was found murdered at his car July 10, 2006.
