TIRANA, Jan. 13 – Police celebrated Saturday the 94th anniversary of their force. The ceremony, held at the National Theatre building, saw the presence of all vice ministers and international experts of the missions assisting the country’s police. Minister Sokol Olldashi is involved in an electoral campaign as he is running for the post of Tirana mayor. All officials hailed achievements this year and pledged to further strengthen their work especially against organized crime, drug and human trafficking.
