SHKODR, Aug 11- Police in northern Shkodra district cut 3,720 cannabis plants at the Temal commune.
The drugs were found in a no-man’s land, the usual habit noted in the last years, thus making it impossible for the police to accuse any person.
In another operation in the southern Albanian district of Tepelena police again cut 1,076 cannabis plants at the Bence village. They were also planted in a spot of land belonging to no one. In this southern area police have cut more than 5,000 cannabis plants in the last quarter.
