DURRES, Jan. 27 – Police said they arrested Shpetim Hushi, 30, a resident in Manze, Durres but living as an immigrant in Bergamo, Italy for the last nine years. He was found with 17.4 kilograms of heroin trying to cross the border with an Audi vehicle going to Bari, Italy. Police said the operation was codenamed Start 2007. On Wednesday police arrested Florian Mance, 18, in the central city of Elbasan after he was found with 0.9 grams of heroin.
