Police strengthen ties with Italian counterparts

TIRANA, May 10 – Police head Ahmet Prenci made a visit to neighboring Italy to meet with his Italian counterparts and also discuss further strengthening collaboration in the fight against organized crime.
The two countries’ police also signed an action plan for the fight against organized crime, prostitution, weapon and other illegal trafficking.
A meeting of the police heads of Albania, Macedonia, Romania, Montenegro and Serbia was also held.
