TIRANA, Feb. 12 – President Alfred Moisiu met with senior officials of the secret police Shish and the electoral college judges emphasizing his efforts to hold free and fair elections. Moisiu expressed his belief that the secret police and the judges would behave in an impartial way at the local polls so that it would help to prevent any violation of the country’s laws. Moisiu also urged secret police officials to closely cooperate with other institutions in the country.
