Raiffeisen Bank to sponsor Albania’s Olympic team to Beijing 2008 games

TIRANA, June 13 – Raiffeisen Bank and the Albanian National Olympic Committee has signed an agreement to sponsor the team going to the Olympics held in Beijing, China next year.
That is the first time the Albanian team has been sponsored for such a long period.
Steven Grunerud of the bank said sponsoring the Olympic committee fully complied with the bank’s policies and principles.
“We are proud to support the ANOC and believe it is the start of a long-term relationship,” said Grunerud.
The agreement continues until the end of 2008.
