TIRANA, June 6 – Two representatives of Albania’s third largest party, the Socialist Movement for Integration, are to face vote-buying charges that could land them in jail, authorities said. Gledjon Rehovica, an SMI lawmaker, and Idlir Frashà«ri, the politically-appointed manager of the Berat Regional Hospital, were charged by police following an investigation into allegations of graft and political involvement where it is not allowed by law.
