TIRANA, March 9 – The Spanish embassy in Tirana started last week a project on supporting the High Council of Justice, or KLD. That is part of the previous project on twinning this institution with that of Spain and Italy. The project aims at increasing the capacities of the KLD’s personnel like improvement of the communication with the courts and the people, increasing the transparency of its work and strengthening the documentation center.
