Spanish Literature Week Brings Two Premieres

The premiere of the “The Life is dream” opera by Albanian composer David Tukici marked the culmination of events aimed to bring to the Albanian public some of the best works and most representative authors of Spanish literature

TIRANA, April 27 – Two premieres, one of which a world one, were staged in Tirana this week during the Spanish Literature Week events held in the frame of the World Book Day. The Albanian public enjoyed the premiere of the Yerma play by Spain’s Federico GarcLorca on April 24 and 25 at the theatre of the Academy of Arts and most importantly the world premiere of the “Life is a dream” play by Spanish playwright Pedro Calder
