VLORA, April 21 – Police report they arrested Armando Mucaj, 37, the main suspect in the ten-year old theft of 1.7 billion Italian lire from a businessman in the southwestern port city of Vlora.
Police said they had found evidence belonging to the suspect at the house of the businessman.
Police believe that Muci committed the crime with the help of other persons, whose identities were not revealed. (Tirana Times Staff)
