TIRANA, Feb 15 – A teacher from Tirana but working in northern Bulqiza, identified as G.C., 50, was put under arrest after being accused of violent sexual harassment with his pupils.
A 14-year old student of an elementary school in Bulqiza accused the teacher by
saying she was raped after school lessons in January, adding the teacher had tried some other times previously.
