TIRANA, Feb. 26 – Twelve Albanian photographers from the region have come together in the lake town of Pogradec, southeastern Albania, to explore the tourist attractions of this town which is one of the country’s most popular destinations.
“This is an important event because it brings together photographers from all Albanian-speaking areas such as Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro. Pogradec has a tradition to be admired in photography and that’s why I decided to bring together these artists to taste the natural beauty of this region,” says Ardian Fezollari, the organizer of the “Photography Days” colony in Pogradec.
The art colony which concludes on February 28 will showcase the best of Pogradec including its tourist attractions, landscapes, cultural heritage and culinary tradition.
“The sunny days at the beaches along the lake, the strolls along the promenade, as well as the various specialty dishes and local wine enjoyed in the restaurants will provide unforgettable moments for you,” says pogradeci.info portal.
