TIRANA, May 20 – Two quakes on Monday struck Albania some 12 kilometers west of capital Tirana. There were no reports of casualties or any material damages.
The magnitude of the quakes was measured at 4 on the Richter scale, said the Albanian Institute of Seismology.
The epicenter of the quakes was in Sukth close to the town of Vora and Mother Teresa Tirana International Airport.
