TIRANA, Sep. 17 – Experts from the U.S. University of Pittsburgh, in collaboration with the Institute for Democracy and Mediation in Tirana and supported by the U.S. Department of State, will meet in Tirana this week for the second session of training police on improving ties with its community.
In July, police officials were trained in Pittsburgh, which is to be continued in Tirana.
The same training was also held one year ago.
