TIRANA, Oct. 25 – Seven painters from Ulcinj, a majority-ethnic Albanian inhabited town in Montenegro, have opened a joint exhibition at the Nikolet Vasia public art gallery in Durres featuring more than 40 paintings with motifs from their coastal resort town. The exhibition, an initiative of the Durres-based Ulcinj Association and the Durres municipality features artworks by Rudi Goga, Mehmet Aloja, Qazim Muja, Seida Belegu, Gjergj Noc Martini, Ivanka Gjoni and Basro Malushi as an event commemorating Albania’s centenary of independence.
The exhibition will remain open until Oct. 28.
