SHKODRA, Feb 17 – Police in the northern city of Shkodra arrested Zamir Kotrri, 43, convicted in 2007 of arms trafficking.
In an accident a little child, only days old, was dead after the ambulance he was riding in hit another car while bringing him to Tirana for further care.
The accident happened at the Milot – Fushe-Kruje road segment, infamous of many previous accident cases. The baby was being brought from northeastern Peshkopi.
Four other people were also injured in the accident.
