TIRANA, May 26 – A police operation, codenamed Scissors, relulted in the arrest of a person and found a cache of weapons and ammunition near Tirana.
Alban Petrit Gjo詬 24, from Shkodra, but an immigrant to Greece, was stopped at Kthesa e Kamzes. In his bag were found an automatic rifle, 5 pistols, 3,000 rounds of bullets, and seven grenades.
It was found that the weapons were taken from Shkodra and were destined for Greece.
