TIRANA, Jan. 31 – A branch office of the Western Union was destroyed from explosion downtown capital Tirana Monday
The office located at a cross road at 21 Dhjetori quarter was heavily damaged from explosion, which also sparked fear and panic at the people living above the office The explosion damaged only the front door at a time early Monday when there was no person inside.
