Young artists bring video projections to “LindArt”

TIRANA, Feb.13-“LindArt”, in collaboration with “Apollonia European art exhanges” will soon present a selection of video projection artistic creations from young European artists. This project that has circulated in different cities and countries since 2005 and brings novelties in artistic conception. “Apollonia” was founded in 1998, as part of the initiative “Europian Artistic Exhanges”. Currently, “Apollonia” focuses on the work of artists from central and eastern Europe as well as those from the Caucasus and the Baltic states. The presentation of eleven selected works from ten Bulgarian artists will follow the experience of bringing art to audiences all over Europe. The videos vary from short documentary format to experimental installations. The curator of the exhibition is Krassimir Terziev, while the participating artists are Katia Damianova, Petia Dimitrova, Leda Ekimova, Lazar Lyutakov, Orlin Nedelchev, Anton Terziev, Jelko Terziev, X-TENDO, Nikolay Zanev, Boriana Ventsislavova. The esthetic conception of the artists shares with the region the many post transiton traumas and shifting realities. The Bulgarian contributions will also be complemeted by the Lithuanina group “Blins”.
