KAVAJA, Dec. 11 – Julian Kociu, 30, was shot dead following a quarrel regarding a debt he owed.
Kociu was arguing with an unnamed person only moments before he was shot in the western town of Kavaja, 55 kilometers from Tirana.
Kociu was handing over the money but the argument reportedly involved other issues.
Police have arrested a person considered as the main suspect in the murder.
