TIRANA, Oct. 29 – Police said they had arrested Luan Mara, 31, considered as the top suspect for the murder of his brother, sister-in-law and nephew in February this year. He has also acknowledged himself he killed them, according to police. Mara was a resident in Havala village, Kozare commune, Kucove.
