Power cuts start in Korca

KORCA, Oct 31 – KESH, the state-owned power corporation, has started supply cuts in the southeastern city of Korca. There are three hours off at different times for different town quarters. They were justified by work done on the town’s distribution station. But people fear another power crisis like that of last year when cuts went up to 18 hours per day in many areas.
