TIRANA, Nov. 6 – The parliament will debate next Monday on the opposition request to move from the post the parliament Speaker Jozefina Topalli. The opposition says Topalli should be at the post any more because she has badly managed the sessions. Taking into consideration the numbers in the parliament with the majority having a clear enough significant greater authority with more parliamentarians, it is not likely Topalli will be moved from the post. But the opposition also insists the voting should be held in a secret way, which is a sign of how much support the governing Democratic Party-led coalition enjoys. That is very likely that will not be accepted by the majority. They will vote against the opposition report and not for Topalli’s confidence vote. That means that there will be a usual, normal political fight in the parliament next week, not unlikely other cases in the last year.
